Remote support tool
The WizBang remote support tool allows our technicians to access your POS terminal remotely via the Internet to help solve technical problems you may be experiencing, to make requested changes or to upgrade the software version.
When prompted by the support tool to Save or Run the file, select Run and read the ID number displayed to our technician over the phone.
